Welcome to PLANE FIGHT ("the Game"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Game, provided by lumigamershub ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

4. Account Security

• To access or use our Services, you must create an account with us. When creating this account, you must provide accurate information.
• Please keep your account password confidential and do not disclose it to others.
• You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not the activity actually originates from you.
• If you know or suspect that any third party knows your password or has accessed your account, you can reset your password by receiving a password recovery link through your registered email address.
• We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, or if the activity that occurs on your account, in our sole discretion, may damage or impair the Services or otherwise infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• If you no longer wish to use our Services again and wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service team via email. We will guide you through the process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any content or information in your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Do not use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Game.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or the data contained therein.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems or networks.
• Do not use the Game to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property rights in the Game are the property of lumigamershub or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Game without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lumigamershub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (a) your use or inability to use the Game;
• (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Game by any third party;
• (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Game; and/or
• (e) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them or the Game will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HONG KONG.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice by posting the new Terms on our website or through the Game. Your continued use of the Game following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
